Sh Sageer Ahmed, Medical report technician from Safdarjung
hospital in person.
Sh Sageer Ahmed has filed medical documents of accused in
this matter and submits that only on the order of the court, medical
documents are to be filed in court.
It is pertinent to mention that Safdarjung hospital officials
have not provided the original medical documents to the IO and IO has to
move to court for getting the medical documents of accused from
Safdarjung hospital.
IO submits that original CT scan/film and Xray film have not
been filed by the official of Safdarjung hospital.
Officials of Safdarjung hospital submits that xray film was
provided either to the patient or to the IO at the time of xray and he does
not know whereabouts of the xray film. IO submits that same was given to
Dr Qamar. As per IO, Dr Qamar has conducted the xray and Dr Raj Kumar
Meena has conducted CT Scan and was having films of CT scan. Complaint
has been filed, accused is in JC, original documents have not been handed
over by the Safdarjung hospital and Safdarjung hospital technician is saying
that he does not have xray film and original CT scan film.

It seems that there is something wrong in the Safdarjung
hospital as the material documents are getting missing, therefore, issue
notice to Dr Raj Kumar Meena, Dr Qamar and Medical superintendent,
Safdarjung hospital to appear in person on the next date of hearing failing
which, coercive action be taken against abovesaid officials as the matter is
getting delayed and today also medical superintendent was directed to
either appear in person or depute some doctor but no doctor has appeared
from Safdarjung hospital to apprise the court regarding the state of affairs
with respect to handing over of medical documents in this case to the IO.
List for 10.10.2022 for consideration on complaint.

Safdarjung hospital, New Delhi.
