received. It be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Rajiv Tripathi, Advocate for the revisionist.
Heard on the present revision petition under Section 397
Cr.PC filed by the revisionist/accused assailing the impugned order
dated 14.07.2022 followed by order dated 01.08.2022 passed by the Ld.
Trial Court. It is urged that the revisionist has a plausible defence and
due to pandemic situation, appropriate application under Section 145(2)
of NI Act could not be moved. It is informed that the matter is now
listed for statement of the accused tomorrow i.e. 18.08.2022.
Subject to just exceptions, let notice of the present revision
petition be issued to the respondent company on filing of memo of
parties as well as the PF within seven days from today by all possible
modes returnable by 02.11.2022. In the meantime, the proceedings
before the Ld. Trial Court shall remain in abeyance.
Copy of this order be sent to the Ld. Trial Court for
information and compliance.
TCR be summoned for the next date of hearing.
