Present : Ms. Gauri Batra, Counsel for the DH through VC.
As per the report of the Nazir, there is no stay qua
the proceeding of the present execution petition.
The present execution petition is filed within two
years from the date of the decree, therefore, there is no need to
issue notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of CPC. However, on the
request of the counsel for the DH, let a notice of the execution
petition be issued to the JD on filing of PF/RC/AD as well as
through all electronic modes.
Counsel is directed to file a copy of registered AD
along with tracking record of the summons and file a compliance
affidavit on or before the next date of hearing.
Steps be taken within two days from today.
Put up on 19.09.2025 for further proceedings.
