1. Issue Notice to the 10 concerned with the direction to appear, along-with
complete record of this case.
2. Report from Jail Superintendent CJ-06, Tihar Jail, not received.
3. As per submission of Reader of the Court, Filing Section, had sent copy of
last order dated 09.07.2026 to Jail Superintendent concerned.
4. The Jail Superintendent concerned has joined the proceedings through VC
today. She is apprised about present order. She is directed to file reply with
respect to latest blood sugar report of applicant/ accused Sudha Srivastava, on
next date of hearing positively.
5. As per record, concerned Medical Officer Incharge had reported in his
report dated 25.06.2026 that HPV Report of applicant/ accused is pending and
will be received in July month. Accordingly, Medical Officer Incharge concerned
is also directed to apprise about the status of HPV Report of applicant/ accused
along-with copy of Papsmear Report.
6. Medical Officer Incahrge is also directed to file complete medical report of
applicant/ accused on next date of hearing.
7. Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent concerned for information
and compliance.
