As per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of
Delhi vide Order No.1/RG/DHC/2022 dated 12.01.2022 and
Order No. 67/RG/DHC/2022 dated 11.02.2022, today is the date
of physical hearing.

Verma, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff.
Ms. Deepa Chacko, Ld. Counsel for defendant.
Both the parties submit that they have already filed the
documents.
I have considered the submissions and perused the
record for the purpose of framing of issues.
From the pleadings of the parties, the following issues
are framed :
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for a decree of
Rs.3,80,000/ along with pendente lite and future
interest @24% per annum? OPP
2. Whether the defendant has rightly paid the amount in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the
policy? OPD
3. Relief.

Case be listed for plaintiff's evidence on 29.03.2022.
List of witnesses be filed by both the parties within 15
days.
Plaintiff is also directed to file the affidavit in evidence
within two weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for
the defendant.
