An application was filed on behalf of the Kushwaha Services, through
applicant Radhika, proprietor of the said Proprietorship on the last date of hearing
mentioning therein that the said company has got contract from GEM on 11.08.2023
which was completed on 10.08.2024 and that during the said period respondent no. 2
Bhuvneshwar was engaged as a contractual employee. It is submitted that as per records
of the firm, the address of the respondent no. 2 is '10624, Manakpura, Karol Bagh, New
Delhi-110005'. Accordingly, similar report has also been received on the notice issued to
Respondent no. 2 at Kushwaha Services, accordingly, the fresh address is taken on
record.
Let amended memo be filed on the next date of hearing and notice be issued
to Respondent no. 2 on the said address for the next date of hearing.
