It is certified that link was working properly and no
grievance was agitated by either of the counsel in this regard.
Present is an application moved on behalf of
applicant/accused seeking modification of order dated 25.09.2021
passed by Ld. CMM, NDD whereby he has been granted bail on his
furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the
like amount. It is submitted that due to poor financial condition of the
family of the applicant/accused, his family is not able to arrange
surety amount of Rs.50,000/-.
At this stage, Ld. defence counsel seeks permission to
withdraw the instant application with liberty to approach the Ld. CMM
as per law.
In view of the submissions made, the instant
application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by
Ld. defence counsel.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
