2021 dated 21.08.2021, the undersigned has been deputed for
duty to hear and dispose of fresh bail/urgent criminal bail
applications pertaining to New Delhi District.
Matter is taken up through physical hearing.

From the possession of the accused, 50 quarters of
illicit liquor recovered. Accused is in custody since 20.09.2021,
investigation already completed, no purpose would be served to
keep the accused behind bar, hence accused Vikram Jeet @ Vicky
is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs.30,000/- alongwith one surety in the like amount to the
satisfaction of Ld. MM/Duty MM concerned. Copy of the order
be given dasti.
