Coaccused is already on interim bail till the order of com
mittal.
In these circumstances, interim bail of the present accused
is also extended till the committal order is passed. At the stage of pass
ing of committal order, the concerned Court/concerned Sessions Court,
where the matter is committed, shall be at liberty to deal with the regular
bail application of the accused.
