List of witnesses along with an application for summoning
of witnesses and affidavit-in-evidence of PW-1 Sh. Virender Singh has
been filed by the plaintiff.
It is submitted that entire set has been supplied to the
defendant and proof of service is also filed in the Court. However, Ld.
Counsel for defendant submits that she has not received the copy.
Hence, in these circumstances, let an additional copy be supplied to the
defendant/counsel within one week from today.
Adjournment is also sought on behalf of defendant as the
counsel is recently engaged.
Heard. Request is allowed. In the interest of justice, one
opportunity is granted.
