Estate.
Ms. Smrati Chaturvedi, ACGC UOI for respondent no.4
alongwith Ms. Rani i.e. Section Officer of Ministry of
Railway and Asst. Section Officer Sh. Vaibhav Morwae.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent no. 4 has filed written
synopsis and copy of the same is received by the appellant.
Issue with regard to decision on the application of appellant
for allowing him to continue with the existing accommodation was
communicated to him or his parent department is to show by respondent
no. 1 and 2. Instead of doing that, counsel for the respondent no. 1 and 2
kept on diverting the issue. Despite being asked more than once, she is
continued to keep arguing unnecessarily without being ready to listen
what is being asked from her.

As such on this note and behaviour of counsel for
respondent no. 1 and 2, matter stands adjourned to 12.11.2024 for
clarifying the aforesaid aspects, since the parent department of the
plaintiff i.e. counsel for the respondent no. 4 has categorically stated that
no reply to the request of the appellant forwarded by the respondent no.
4 was received in the department.
