Summons of the suit and notice of application U/O.39 R.1&2 CPC
be issued to defendants on filing of PF, RC & courier as well as through email
and WhatsApp, if any. Plaintiff is directed to provide soft copy of plaint along with
documents at the email ID of this court for forwarding the same with summons
to the defendants at their email address through Nazarat Branch.
