Ld. Counsel for the accused Sahil Malik submits
that she wants withdraw the present bail application of accused
Sahil Malik and she may be permitted to withdraw the present
bail application as not pressed with liberty to file the same after
framing of charge or at appropriate stage. Her statement recorded
separately and placed in record.
In view of the statement given by Ld. counsel for
accused Sahil Malik, present bail application of accused Sahil

Malik is disposed off as withdrawn, being not pressed, with
aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
Vide separate order of even date, interim bail
application of accused Prashant Shukla is dismissed.
IO/SHO and Director FSL are directed to expedite
the filing of FSL report on or before the NDOH, positively and
due to this delay in framing of charge occurred. The copy of this
order be forwarded to Director, FSL through IO/SHO.
At request of Ld. counsels, put up for arguments on
the aspect of charge on 24.02.2026.
