reported to be involved in 40 other criminal cases of heinous nature.
Ld. defence counsel submitted that applicant/accused is
involved only in four cases.
In the instant matter, applicant/accused is reportedly a
notorious gangster and he is reported to be involved in multiple cases.
As per own admission of Ld. defence counsel, applicant/accused is
reported to be involved in four criminal cases. Be that as it may,
applicant/accused has not only resisted his apprehension but he even
has the audacity to fire gunshots upon the police party.
Applicant/accused also cannot claim parity with co-
accused Deepanshu and Sumit Punia as criminal antecedents of the
said accused persons were reported to be absolutely blemish free
whereas the applicant/accused has a dark past.
Considering the seriousness of allegations, enormity of
charge and past criminal conduct of the applicant/accused, I am of the
considered opinion that the present accused does not deserve the
indulgence from this court. The instant bail application is bereft of any
merits and the same is accordingly dismissed.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
