Present appeal has been filed against impugned
judgment dated 14.01.2025 vide which the appellant was
convicted for offence u/s 279/304A IPC and against order on
sentence dated 07.07.2025 vide which the convict was sentenced
to a simple imprisonment of two days and was directed to pay
compensation of Rs.20,000/-.
The present appeal would become infructuous if the
sentence is not suspended. Therefore, the sentence of the
appellant stands suspended till disposal of the appeal on
furnishing personal bond and surety bond in sum of Rs.10,000/-
within three working days before the Trial Court.
