Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused has submitted that he
is not pressing for regular bail but is seeking only interim bail on medical
grounds.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the
applicant/accused is lodged in Jail No.4, Tihar Jail, he is HIV Positive and
also suffering from Herpes Zoster along with other medical ailments.

A report be called from the concerned Jail Superintendent,
Jail No. 4, Tihar regarding the medical status of the applicant X for next
date of hearing.
