that it does not include details of four fixed/term deposits in Punjab
National Bank, details of which are specifically mentioned in the
application including the prayer clause.
The respondents appearing in person have submitted
before this Court that they do not wish to oppose the present
application and have no objections to the same.
Case file has been received by the Court.
As such, this Court requires time to peruse and consider
the said application seeking correction/modification.
Accordingly, matter shall now come up for seeking
clarifications, if any on 08.10.2026.

not reflected in the application for grant of succession certificate.

respondents are directed to appear physically before this court on
NDOH to clarify the mismatch, if any.
