Present: Sh. Rahul Yadav, Ld. Counsel along with petitioner.
This is an application filed on behalf of applicant/petitioner
seeking premature release/encashment of Rs.10,00,000/- from FDR of
Rs.15,00,000/-.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the
applicant/petitioner is a post graduate but unemployed and he intends to
open a private library and gymnasium to earn his livlihood. Heard.
Report from PS R.K. Puram has been received verifying
the contents of the application.
Report has also been received from UCO Bank stating that
a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- is lying in the account of the
applicant/petitioner.
Considering the requirement of funds by
applicant/petitioner for Rs.10,00,000/-, the application is allowed.
Branch Manager, UCO Bank, PHC is directed to redeem the last FDRs
of applicant / petitioner worth of Rs.10,00,000/- and release money to
him in his saving bank account opened/to be opened through
RTGS/NEFT or any other electronic mode, the details of which shall be
directly furnished by the applicant to the Bank Manager, UCO Bank,
PHC.
Accordingly, application stands disposed of. Copy of
the order be given dasti, as prayed for.
