Matter taken up through Video Conferencing pursuant to
the Notification/Order No. 1/RG/DHC/2021 dated 12.01.2022
recently issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in view of the
sudden spurt and spike in Covid 19 cases, whereby, it was directed
that all the matters be taken up through V/C till 11.02.2022.
Accordingly, the matter is taken up through V/C.
These are two application filed under Section 439 (2) Cr.
PC on behalf of the complainant for cancellation of anticipatory bail
granted to the accused on 01.05.2021 by the court of learned ASJ
03, PHC, New Delhi.
Present: Sh. Sudershan Rajan, Advocate for the complainant
(through V/C).
Sh. S.K. Kain, Additional PP for the State (through V/C).
Sh. S.K. Sharma, Advocate for the Respondent/accused
(through V/C).
Reply to both the applications filed on behalf of the

respondents, the same be taken on record.
During proceedings, a request has been made by the learned
counsels for the parties that the matter be kept on some physical day roster
of the court.
In view of the joint request, the matter is adjourned for today.
Both the applications be put up for arguments/consideration on
25.02.2022.
Meantime, charge sheet and TCR be also summoned for the
next date of hearing.
It is clarified that the proceedings conducted through V/C on
Cisco Webex Meeting, the quality of audio and video was clear and
uninterrupted to the satisfaction of the participants.
