These are two application filed under Section 439 (2) Cr.
PC on behalf of the complainant for cancellation of anticipatory bail
granted to the accused on 01.05.2021 by the court of learned ASJ03,
PHC, New Delhi.
Present: Sh. Sudershan Rajan, Advocate for the complainant
Sh. S.K. Kain, Additional PP for the State.
Sh. S.K. Sharma, Sh. Tejas Singh along with Sh. Yogender
Kumar, Advocates for the Respondent/accused
IO is not present today.
During proceedings, hard copy of the reply has been filed on
behalf of the respondents/accused persons.
The learned Additional submits that the IO is not present today
due to some important professional engagement and that the presence of the
IO is required during the course of hearing on the present bail application.
In view of the request so made, the matter is adjourned for today.
Be put put up for arguments/consideration on 14.03.2022.
Let, fresh notice of the application be also issued to the IO with
directions to remain present physically and assist the court on the next date
of hearing.
