Present is an application u/s 439 CrPC seeking cancellation of
anticipatory bail moved on behalf of applicant / complainant Rakesh
Sehgal.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for complainant seeks another pass over but
any further pass over is not possible now. Despite repeated calls, counsel for

the complainant is not responding. Pass over is not possible now because I
am required to record evidence in a time bound matter.
Now to come up for arguments in the instant matter on
30.05.2022. Date is given as per the convenience of Ld. counsel for both
the parties and therefore, it is expected that,henceforth, the lawyers shall
be punctual and no adjournment shall be sought by either of the parties on
the next date of hearing.
