may be in a position to apply its mind over such facts in order to
count the limitation.
For the sake of clarity, it is advised to plaintiff that
merely mentioning ledger account would not be sufficient and it
shall be expected from the ld. counsel to explain the law of
Limitation Act, which has been applied for the purpose of
counting limitation.
