It is stated that the joint Written statement on behalf of
defendant nos. 1 to 3 along with hard copy filed through e-filing /

Ld. Counsel for the defendants states that defendant nos.
4 to 6 are also adopting the written statement moved on behalf of
defendant nos. 1 to 3 and undertakes to file Statement of Truth /
affidavit in this regard.
On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits
that the statutory maximum period for filing of Written Statement has
already been expired.
Upon this, Ld. Counsel for the defendants states that at
the request of defendant no. 2, complete paper book was supplied to
the defendant no. 2 on 06.03.2024 through email.

with proof of service filed on behalf of defendant no.1 to 3 and
Vakalatnama filed on behalf of defendant no.1 and 3, received
