Upon court query, it is submitted by the IO that there is no record of
any previous involvement of the applicant / accused in any criminal case.
The applicant / accused is in JC since 07.07.2022. No further
recovery is to be made from the applicant / accused.
No fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the applicant /
accused in custody any further.
In view of the above, the applicant / accused Gaurav Avasthi S/o
Sh. Manoj Avasthi is allowed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond
in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction
of the IO / SHO concerned / Ld. MM concerned / Ld. Link MM concerned / Ld.
Duty MM concerned, further subject to the following conditions:-
(i) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence / contact
any witnesses;
(ii) That the applicant / accused will join investigation as and
when directed by the IO; and

(iii) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence the
investigation in any manner whatsoever.
The observations made herein shall not tantamount to the
expression of opinion on the merits of this case.
