These two bail applications u/s 483 BNSS filed on behalf of above said
applicants/accused for grant of regular bail are taken up together on the
joint request of both the parties as they are arising out of the same FIR and
shall be decided by a common order.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant has submitted that the
complainant is the sole victim of the present case and today he has received
total cheated amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- from the side of applicants/accused
persons Sunil and Shyam Sunder vide demand drafts both dated 22.05.2026
of Rs.2,50,000/- each. The photocopies of the said demand drafts with
endorsement of the complainant's receiving is also placed on record. He
has submitted that the complainant has no objection if the
applicants/accused persons Sunil and Shyam Sunder are admitted to bail in
this case. The statement of the complainant/victim to the above effect has
been recorded separately, which is as under:-

Statement of Sh. Akshay Kumar son of Sh. Chetram Singh, aged About 44
Years, At present Resident of Flat No. 12, K-100, Gali No. 6, Labour
Chowk, Mahipalpur, New Delhi.
On SA
I am the complainant and sole victim of the present case. I
have today received total cheated amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- from the side of
applicants/accused persons Sunil and Shyam Sunder vide demand drafts
both dated 22.05.2026 of Rs.2,50,000/- each. The photocopies of the said
demand drafts with endorsement of my receiving is also placed on record.
I have no objection if the above named applicants/accused,
namely, persons Sunil and Shyam Sunder are admitted to bail in this case.
I am making the said statement voluntarily and without any
force or coercion in the presence of my ld. Counsel Sh.Sushil Kumar
Singh, Enrollment No. D/1937/2021."
TCR be sent back immediately and be requisitioned for next
date of hearing.
Upon request, list the application for consideration on
08.06.2026.
