These two bail applications u/s 483 BNSS filed on behalf of above said
applicants/accused for grant of regular bail are taken up together on the
joint request of both the parties as they are arising out of the same FIR
and shall be decided by a common order.
Present: None for State.
(Sh. Irfan Ahmed, Ld. Addl. PP for State is stated to be on
leave today).

Sh. Manoj Kumar, Ld. counsel for applicants/accused
persons.
At this stage, ld. Counsel for the applicants/accused persons
has placed on record copy of one order dated 04.06.2026 of Ld.CJM,
Patiala House Court, New Delhi and has submitted that the matter has
already been compounded with respect to both the above said
applicants/accused persons, who have already been acquitted for the
offences under Sections 318(4)/319(2)/3(5) BNS.
At this stage, ld. Counsel for the applicants/accused persons
has submitted that he wants to withdraw both the above said bail

applications of applicants. His statement to the above effect has been
recorded on the applications itself. In view of the statement of the ld.
Counsel for the applicants/accused persons, both the applications are
dismissed as withdrawn.
Both the applications are disposed of accordingly.

Signed copy of this order be placed in both the files.
