reply. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy
to the ld. counsel for petitioner.
On the last date of hearing i.e. 09.07.2026, impugned
award was stayed till today subject to deposite of 100% of Arbitral
Amount. It is stated by ld. counsel for the respondent that till date
the said amount has not been deposited by petitioner, therefore, the
stay is liable to be vacated.
In view of aforesaid submissions and the fact that
entire Arbitral Amount has not been deposited by the petitioner in
terms of order dated 09.07.2026, stay on the impugned award is
vacated.
Petitioner is directed to take steps for requisition of
the Arbitral Record on filing of PF.
Renotify the matter for arguments on 18.01.2027.
