Summons of the suit have been served on the defendant
nos. 1, 2 & 3 by way of publication in the newspaper “The Stateman”
and “Veer Arjun” dated 05.07.2026.
I deem it to be appropriate service on the defendants.
Counsel for defendant no. 3 has filed vakalatanama and
has submitted that he has not received the copy of the plaint and paper
books.
Counsel for plaintiff is directed to supply complete set of
paper books to the counsel for defendant on his mobile number
9090312033 today itself.
Defendant no. 3 shall file written statement within 30 days
with advance copy to the plaintiff. Plaintiff shall file replication
within next 30 days with advance copy to the counsel for defendant.
Defendant no. 1 & 2 are also at liberty to file WS within
the stipulated period.
Put up for completion of pleadings, framing of issues
and case management hearing on 26.11.2026.
