passed by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
Present: Sh. Ajay Kumar Mayar, Ld counsel for DH.

Ld counsel for DH submits that the warrant of attachment issued against
the JD could not be executed as the JD and his family locked the main door of his
house and created ruckus and the bailiff could not get the decree executed.
I have perused the report filed by bailiff.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the bailiff would be at liberty to
break open the lock for execution of decree and concerned SHO shall provide
necessary police assistance to the bailiff for execution of decree.
Issue fresh warrants of attachment against the JD on filing of PF for
NDOH.
To come up before Ld ACJ on 11.04.2022 and before this Court on
03.08.2022.
