VC.
Sh Upendra Yadav, Ld. Proxy counsel for
accused appointed by Bar.
IO is not present, however, no adverse order is being
passed today due to strike of lawyers vide which even the attendance
of police officials are barred in the court.
Due to strike, Sh. A. B. Asthana, Ld. Addl. PP for the
State is not appearing physically.
Matter is at the stage of arguments on the point of
charge and pending bail application of accused.
The FSL report is still awaited.
SHO concerned is directed to file report on NDOH.
Re-list for arguments on the pending bail application of
accused on 09.09.2025 at 2.00 pm and for arguments on the point of
charge on 28.10.2025.
