The present application is filed on behalf of
applicant/accused Ayush Bhadora, seeking grant of regular bail.
Presence: Sh. Ravindra Khandelwal, Ld. Addl. (Substitute)PP
for State.
Sh. Rajnish Kumar, Ld. Counsel for
applicant/accused.
SHO PS Vasant Kunj South and IO/ SI Amar Singh
are present connection with the query raised by this court in order
dated 31.07.2025. Today, a report is filed by the SHO PS Vasant
Kunj South, submitting that on 04.08.2025, a request has been
sent to the DCP (SWD) for issuance of priority letter to the
Director, FSL, to expedite the filing of the FSL result so as to
ascertain the cause of death.
It is further mentioned in the report that during the
investigation, a letter was sent to Nodal Officer on 13.07.2025 to
provide certified copies of the CDRs of the deceased from
01.02.2025 till 17.07.2025. However, CDRs were provided till
25.04.2025. Another letter was sent to the Nodal Officer on
01.08.2025 to provide the relevant CDRs, but no report has been
received by the IO in this regard.
The SHO and the IO concerned present in the court
submit that the IO will make a personal visit to the service
provider for extracting the CDRs for the relevant time period.

With regard to FSL, no further communication has
yet been received from the DCP concerned. These aspects must
be reaffirmed before the court by the next date of hearing in form
of a report.
