Sh. Rajnish Kumar, Ld. Counsel for accused physically
present in person.
Matter is fixed for arguments on charge but adjournment is
sought by Ld. Counsel for accused as Ld. Counsel is not prepared today.
The adjournment is vehemently objected by Ld. Counsel for
the complainant as it is an effort on the part of the accused to delay the
proceedings.
One application has been moved on behalf of accused
seeking further investigation U/s. 173(8) Cr.P.C. r/w. Section 91 Cr.P.C.,
praying that the IO may be directed to seize the mobile phone of the father
of deceased for retrieval of the last call recording with the deceased.
Ld. Counsel is directed to apprise this Court as to how this
application is maintainable in view of settled law.
No ground is made out to adjourn the matter, but one last and
final opportunity is granted to Ld. Counsel for accused to address the
arguments on charge on 27.11.2025.
