An exemption application is moved on behalf of accused on the
ground that demise of real uncle, he cannot appear today before the court.
Submissions heard. Considering the submissions, accused is
exempted from personal appearance for today only.
It is submitted by proxy counsel for complainant that PW Ajay
Kumar Jain is unable to appear as he was informed by the other party that
accused would not appear before the court and cross examination of the witness
would not be conducted.
A request has been received from SHO stating that FSL result has
been received, however, some time is required to analyze and examine the data
and to file supplementary charge sheet.
Request perused and allowed.
Issue fresh summons to witnesses in terms of previous order for
next date. IO and MHC(M) be also called for next date.
Put for prosecution evidence on 27.07.2026.
