Amended charge under section 80 (2)/85 BNS has been
framed against accused to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed
trial Court.
PW1 HC Anil Yadav is present, examined, cross-
examined and discharged.
PW2 Ms Arti Jain is present, examined, cross-
examined and discharged.
Vide separate statement recorded under Section 329
BNSS of accused, following documents i.e.
1.) Emergency admission card No. 25487, MLC No. 25487 of
deceased Parnika Jain dated 28.04.2025 and death report being
prepared by Dr. Mohit Nagar and same are Ex. PA1, Ex PA2 & Ex
PA3.

2.) Subsequent opinion being given by Dr. Deep Roy dt
24.09.2025 regarding opinion as to cause of death and same is Ex.
PA4.
3.) Chemical Analysis report (viscera) dated 18.09.2025 prepared
by Prem Pal Singh, Sr. Scientific Officer and same is Ex. PA5.
4.) Copy of GD no. 0151A being recorded by HC Sanjay Kumar
and same is Ex. PA6.
5.) Copy of attendance register of accused being given by Dr.
Manisha Bais Thakur dated 27/28.04.2025 and notice given by the
Investigating Officer to the hospital which is duly endorsed by
hospital administration and same is Ex. PA7 & Ex PA8 are admitted
by accused and accordingly witnesses namely Dr. Mohit Nagar, Dr.
Deep Roy, HC Sanjay Kumar, Prem Pal Singh, Dr. Manisha Bais
Thakur are dropped from the list of witnesses.
Issue notice to SHO concerned to apprise the Court
regarding the status of FSL report on NDOH.
Issue summons to witnesses mentioned at S. No. 2
from the list of witnesses for NDOH.
Re-list for PE on 20.04.2026.
