suit is filed against the defendant company regarding the full and
final settlement amount after giving resignation with requisite
notice period being employee of plaintiff company. This court is
of the considered view that present suit be treated as ordinary
recovery suit instead of summary suit. Ld. counsel for plaintiff
submitted that he has no objection if the present suit is treated as
ordinary recovery suit.
Accordingly, summons of the suit be issued upon the
defendants on filing of PF & RC for 23.09.2026. Process be filed
within a week.
