Issue notice u/s 350 CrPC to PWs namely HC
Sanjay and SI Jai Singh to file reply as to why the proceedings be
not initiated against them on the next date of hearing.
Issue fresh summons to PW ASI Chander Shekhar
for NDOH.

At this stage, both the witnesses namely HC Sanjay
and SI Jai Singh have appeared, therefore, no need to issue
bailable warrants and notice u/s 350 CrPC against them.
The above-said witnesses namely HC Sanjay and SI
Jai Singh are bound down for next date of hearing.
