41A Cr.P.C., Jai Prakash Bhagat has not joined the investigation.
It is submitted by ld. defence counsel that applicant is ready
to join the investigation. It is further stated that the co-accused
Vikash Bhagat has already been released on bail.
The present FIR is of 2021. The applicant Jai Prakash Bhagat
is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the IO.
No coercive steps be taken against the applicant till
NDOH.
