19.08.2021 of Hon’ble Delhi High Court and office order no. 6813-
6837/Judl./Prin.D&SJ/NDD/2021 dated 21.08.2021, all the matters are
taken up physically by this court on even dates and through video
conferencing on odd dates.
Proceedings are being conducted through VC from residence.

File is taken up today on an application under Section 151 CPC
moved by counsel for plaintiff for requesting early hearing and seeking
appropriate directions regarding expeditious recording of evidence.
It is informed that LC has been connected telephonically and he
has shown his inclination for recording of evidence in the court room on the
dates of virtual hearing of the court subject to permission of the court.
Both the parties as well as LC are agreeable to get the evidence
recorded on the virtual hearing dates of the court.
In view thereof, application of plaintiff is allowed. LC is directed
to go ahead with the recording of defendant evidence and thereafter, plaintiff
evidence, as per the convenient dates suitable to both the parties and record
the evidence in this court on dates of virtual hearing. Let evidence be
recorded expeditiously within one month.

Counsel for plaintiff requests for issuance of summons to the
witnesses of defendant and also requests that summons may be given dasti.
Heard. Request allowed. Let all the formal witnesses mentioned
in the list of witnesses be summoned for the date fixed by the LC. Dasti
