The respondent in person along with Mr. Virender Rawat and Mr. Rishabh Sharma, Advocates. On 23.9.2026 a demand draft bearing No.515172 dated 22.9.2026 in the sum of Rs.2,63,93,505/- issued by the ICICI Bank has been deposited by the petitioner. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that in compliance of the order dated 27.7.2026 the award money has been deposited by the petitioner by way of the bank draft. It is submitted by counsel for the respondent that four weeks time from 27.7.2026 was granted to the petitioner for depositing the entire decretal amount but the petitioner has not deposited the same within four weeks. Further time sought on behalf of the petitioner for filing rejoinder to the reply to the petition filed on behalf of the respondent. Such rejoinder may be filed on or before 31.10.2026 with copy to counsel for the respondent. At the request of counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the main counsel is not available to advance arguments, the matter is adjourned for arguments on the petition under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on 19.01.2027.
