Ld. counsel for Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 has sought two weeks time to file its written statement citing that the same could not be filed till date as they are facing difficulty in procuring the CCTV footage which they claimed to be relevant for the purposes of the suit. Ld. counsel for Defendant No.4 has also sought two weeks time to file its written statement. Ld. counsel for Defendant Nos.2 and 3 submits that they were served on 26.07.2026. Ld. counsel for Defendant No.4 submits that they were served on 26.07.2026 (tentatively). -- 1 of 2 -- In the interest of justice, let this be the last opportunity to the remaining Defendants to file their written statement within two weeks time from today supported by a condonation of delay application.
