Present is an application for reducing surety amount filed on behalf
of applicant/accused Pramod.
It is submitted in the application that in the above mentioned case,
accused has been granted bail vide order dated 20.07.2021 by this court. It is
further submitted that applicant/accused's mother is a widow and poor person.
Hence, the present application for reducing surety amount and to take personal
bond.
Heard. Considering the averments made in the application, bail
order dated 20.07.2021 is hereby modified to the extent that the accused shall be
released on bail on furnishing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.5,000/ with one
surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Ld. M.M./Link M.M./Duty M.M.
Rest of the conditions shall remain same.
Application stands disposed of.
Copy of the order be sent to the applicant/accused through
concerned Jail Superintendent.
