Heard. File perused.
Rejoinders have not been filed by petitioner either
within the prescribed time granted vide order 13.11.2024 or even
till date.
Ld. Counsel of petitioner, on instructions, states at
Bar that the petitioner does not wish to file any rejoinder, to
either of the written replies filed by both the respondents.
As per report of Ahlmad, arbitral records has not
been submitted in the Court till date.
Record would show that on the last date of
13.11.2024, Ld. Sole Arbitrator namely Sh. Shellen Kumar Bajaj
Advocate had appeared through video conferencing and on his
request, he was permitted to submit the arbitral records in the
Court within one week from the date of said order.
Today, none is present on behalf of Ld. Sole
Arbitrator. In these facts and circumstances, issue Show Cause
Notice to Ld. Sole Arbitrator, on filing PF by petitioner/objector,

with direction to ensure that the arbirtal records are submitted in
the Court positively before the next date of hearing.
On joint request, both the sides are hereby granted
four weeks further time as last and final opportunity to file brief
written synopsis alongwith relied upon judicial precedents, if any,
in terms of order dated 13.11.2024.
Put up on 07.05.2025 for payment of costs, awaiting
arbitral record and arguments on the objection petitions.
