Respondent no. 1 has already filed reply to the
objection petition under Section 34 of The Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 alongwith application seeking
condonation of delay.
Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 1 states at Bar that
he shall send copy thereof at the e-mail id of Ld. Counsel for
petitioner during the course of day.
Let needful be done accordingly and proof of service
be placed on record within one week from today.
Respondent no. 2 has also filed reply to the
objection petition under Section 34 of The Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 alongwith application seeking
condonation of delay.
Spare copy placed on record, to be collected on
behalf of petitioner during the course of day.
Let written replies to both the applications moved
by respondent nos. 1 and 2, be filed by petitioner within two
week’s time from today with advance copy to opposite side.
Subject to taking appropriate steps by petitioner,
within seven working days, arbitral proceedings be also
requisitioned for next date.
