Assistant Ahlmad namely Sh. Jogender of this court.
Sh. Bharat, ahlmad in the court of Ld. ACJ.
Sh. Rambabu, previous Ahlmad of this court,
currently posted in Library, PHC, New Delhi.
Perusal of record reveals that from last several dates,
the matter is pending for production of TCR. It is stated by
Ahlmad of this court that the Ahlmad of concerned court i.e.,
court of Ld. ACJ had handed over the TCR to the then Ahlmad
of this court namely Sh. Rambabu and the said record is not
traceable since thereafter. It is stated by the Ahlmad Sh. Jogender,
that he has been recently appointed to this court and is not aware
as to the whereabouts of the TCR.
Further, Sh. Bharat, Ahlmad in the court of Ld. ACJ,
produced the record to show that the said file/TCR was already
transmitted to this court on 24.02.2025.
Sh. Rambabu, currently posted in the Library, PHC,
New Delhi, was Ahlmad in the present court at the alleged point
of time when the file is stated to have received in this court. He
appears before the court and seeks some time to trace out the
TCR. One last and final opportunity is granted to the Ahlmad
concerned to assure that the TCR be put up before this court by
the NDOH.
Now, to come up on 12.08.2025.
