Leave Petition (Civil) Nos. 30633064 of 2021 titled the High
Court of Judicature at Madras Rep. By its Registrar General
vs. M.C. Subramaniam & Ors decided on 17.02.2021, the court
fee deposited by the plaintiff be refunded to the plaintiff a per
rules. Ahlmad is directed to return the court fees subject to
retention of certified copies on record.
