the plaintiff and moreover there is only delay of nine days.

WS. Same is taken on record. Copy supplied
Affidavit of admission and denial of the documents
filed by the plaintiff and defendant. Same is taken on record.

Alongwith WS, an application U/O 7 Rule 10 CPC
filed on behalf of the defendant. Reply to the said application
already filed by the plaintiff. Copy supplied. Same is taken on

of plaintiff. Copy supplied. Same is taken on record.

filed by the defendant heard.

Plaintiff is directed to file reply to the application
