By way of application in hand, the applicant seeks
Certificate for refund of Court Fees paid by plaintiff at the time
of institution of the counter claim bearing no. 11/2023, titled
Carma Creative Pvt. Ltd. vs. M/s United Business Express India
Pvt. Ltd, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated
12.12.2024 of Ld. Predecessor of this Court.
In view of the facts contained in application,
submissions made by Ld. Proxy Counsel for applicant/counter
claimant, aforesaid application is allowed and stands disposed
off.
