Sh. Kamal Kataria, Data Entry Operator from Office
of Collector of Stamp/SDM (Chanakyapuri) and Sh. Yogesh
Kumar, Patwari from office of Collector of Stamps, Vasant Vihar
have filed respective reports of Collector of Stamps for having
not received any Court Fees Refund Certificate in this matter.
Applicant/plaintiff in the application had prayed for
re-issuance of letter for refund of Court fees.
On 27.03.2021, in case CS (Comm) no. 109/2019
titled 'Villa Ortiga Vs. Hanut Singh & Ors.' when suit was
disposed off as compromised, liberty was granted to plaintiff for
moving the application for refund of Court fees.
Accordingly on application of plaintiff bearing no.
Misc. DJ No. 99/2021 vide order dated 22.11.2021, certificate for
refund of Court fees was given to applicant/plaintiff.
Applicant/plaintiff has stated in the application that
he misplaced/lost the said certificate. Considering the
submissions, in the fact of the matter, Reader is directed to issue
Duplicate Certificate of Refund of Court Fees in terms of Order
dated 22.11.2021 in Misc. DJ no. 99/2021 with mention at the
top of it to be a Duplicate Certificate.
In above terms the application stands disposed.
