This is an application u/s 483 BNSS filed on behalf of applicant/accused
Manjeet Kumar Paswan for grant of regular bail.
Present: Sh. Irfan Ahmed, Ld. Addl. PP for State.

Sh. Siddharth Sharma, Ld. counsel for applicant/accused
(Through VC).
Father of the applicant/accused in person.
Complainants/victims Sh.Sunder Singh and Ms. Shanti are
physically present in the court. Sh. Sunder Singh is stated to
be brother-in-law (Jijaji) of Ms. Shanti.
Bar is reported to be abstaining from work for today.
Sh. Ramesh, Ld. Advocate appointed from the side of the Bar
to appear today in this court is present.

IO has also identified both the complainants/Victims
Sh.Sunder Singh and Ms. Shanti.
At this stage, complainants/victims have submitted that they
are the sole victims of the present case and Sh. Sunder Singh is brother-
in-law (Jijaji) of Ms. Shanti. They further stated that they have today

received part cheated amount of Rs. 2,68,748/- from the side of
applicant/accused Manjeet Kumar through demand draft no.379183 dated
13.05.2026 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Titoli (Rohtak), Haryana.
They have also placed on record copy of the said demand draft having
endorsement of their receiving it with their signatures. They have
submitted that they have no objection if the above named
applicant/accused, namely, Manjeet Kumar is admitted to bail in this case
and that they are making the said statement voluntarily and without any
force or coercion. The joint statement of the complainants/victims to the
above effect has been separately recorded.
At this stage, IO manshuhas submitted that charge sheet has
already been filed.
TCR be requisitioned for next date of hearing.
