Ld. Counsel appearing for DH submits that appeal
has been filed, however, there is no stay granted by Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi as yet. Ld. Counsel has submitted that due to
inadvertence, in para no. 4 of the execution petition, it has been
submitted that no appeal has been filed and same may be
corrected as appeal has already been filed by the JD.

Let the warrant of attachment be issued for
realization of the decretal amount in respect of the movable
properties against the JD on filing of PF.
DH is directed to appear before the Ld. ACJ on
17.07.2026 for appointment of Bailiff and before this court on
11.09.2026 for report.

subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount.
It is submitted by the ld. Counsel for JD that entire
decreetal amount have been deposited vide order dated
27.07.2026 before the Registrar General, Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi.
Since the amount has been deposited as directed by
the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the proceedings of this
execution proceedings stands stayed till further order.
